Our Manufacturing Process
Following a strict **ISO 9001:2015 certified process**, we transform raw minerals into high-performance building blocks.

Mixing & Slurry
Sand, lime, cement, and water are mixed with an aeration agent to create a precision slurry.

Rising & Pre-Curing
The mixture is poured into molds where it rises like bread, creating millions of tiny air cells for insulation.

Precision Cutting
Once semi-solid, the "cake" is wire-cut into 4", 6", or 8" blocks with millimeter-level accuracy.
04
Autoclaving
Blocks are steam-cured at 190°C and 12 bars of pressure. This creates the final crystalline structure that ensures zero shrinkage.
