Spanning across 2 Bighas of company-owned land, our facility represents a strategic investment in Nepal's infrastructure. While production is in full swing, the rapidly increasing regional demand has highlighted our current operational scale.

Production Status: Currently operating with one primary autoclave. We are actively managing resources to address the surging market demand in the region.

Nepal’s AAC industry is expanding rapidly, especially after the 2015 earthquake. Current production is around 900,000 m³ annually, delivering modern solutions that are Up to 80% Lighter Than Red Bricks and provide 4 Hours Fire Resistance.

Unlike clay bricks, sand-based AAC uses abundant natural sand with minimal environmental footprint. Since Nepal lacks large thermal power plants for fly ash, sand-based technology ensures long-term raw material security.
