The devastating Earthquake of 2072 BS was a turning point for Nepal’s construction sector, highlighting the urgent need for safer, lighter, and earthquake-resilient building materials. As Chairman of Mechi Industries, my vision is shaped by this reality.
Our sand-based AAC blocks are engineered to significantly reduce structural dead load, thereby lowering seismic forces acting on buildings during earthquakes. Manufactured using advanced autoclaving technology and strict quality standards, our AAC blocks provide consistent strength, fire resistance, and thermal efficiency while supporting earthquake-resistant RCC design.
